The Heian is a beaut ship. Being an ocean liner she is huge! Also really shallow. We did a 2.5 hour dive on this ship on more than one occasion. It has so much to offer. Torpedoes in the forward holds, sub periscopes along the promenade deck, porcelain galore, fantastic engine room.
Lying on her port side her props are really photogenic. Viz isnt that great all the time on this ship but great penetration opportunities.
Writing on bow is really easily seen. |
